Tip #1 Turn Down The Lights At Night – This will simulated night time
Tip #2 Turn Off Electronics 1 Hour Before Sleeping – The blue light emitted from electronics suppresses melatonin, which inhibited sleep.
Tip #3 Drink Tea In The Evening – Teas, such as chamomile is a sleeping aid, that helps to relax and incur sleep.
Tip #4 Exercise – Causes fatigue, and improves oxygen flow which aids in a good night sleep.
Tip #5 Do Not Eat Before Going To Bed – Eating foods before sleep causes the body to digest food, and not rest and rejuvenate.
