2. Stress is a warning system for your body, which creates the fight or flight response. This is a good reaction in your body, so you can overcome whatever threat is present.
3. A little stress can help boost your immune system.

Bad Stress
1. Constant stress and worry for days and weeks is terrible for emotional health.
2. Physical Health can be greatly affected. Heart Disease, High blood Pressure, Depression, Obesity, and even cancer, can result from long term stress or Chronic Stress.

1. Soy – 90% is GMO, and can cause imbalances and hormone issues.

2. “Diet” Drinks – Sodas and Teas contain artificial sweeteners, which are detremental to our health.

3. Low Fat – Chips, Cookies, and Cereals have false advertising, and often have additional unhealthy ingredients.

4. Fruit Snacks – Fruit Rolls Ups, and fruit gummy snacks contain very little fruit, and are loaded with sugar.

5. “Fake” Butter – Margarine, I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter, and Spray Butters are chemicals and not as healthy as real butter, and lard.

Kombucha Supplies
1. Get a SCOBY and 1 cup of komucha.
2. Glass container (optional: with a spigot), Cloth Covering, Rubber band or string.
3. Tea (Black, Green, White, Oolong).
4. Sugar (Cane).

Kombucha Process
1. Brew 1 gallon of tea, and let cool until warm.
2. Add 1 cup of sugar and stir well until dissolved.
3. Let cool to room temperature, and pour into glass container.
4. Add 1 cup of kombucha(starter), and SCOBY to tea in glass container.
5. Put cloth on top and secure with rubber band or string.
6. Let sit for roughly 7 days, or until very little sugar is tasted in kombucha.
7. The kombucha is ready to be bottled or drank.
8. (Extra) When bottling one can add a tablespoon of sugar or fruit for flavor.
Let sit in a sealed bottle for at least 1 week, or two, for maximum carbonation and taste.
